“I have been a member at CrossFit 249 for 3 months and have nothing but praise for the entire set up! Main two things for me that are such a positive are the coaches attitude and the other members. Coaches are all about “can do” and proactively encourage each individual to meet their goals. Having been a coach in another sport field for 25 years I am very impressed in how they adapt their teachings to each of us so quickly and effectively. Secondly the camaraderie is outstanding with everyone and I mean everyone being so welcoming from day one!
